Privacy notice

This notice explains what information is used when you visit cryptopaymentsgateway.io and the choices available to you.

This notice covers the CryptoPaymentGateway comparison and editorial website. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@cryptopaymentsgateway.io.

Information used to deliver the site

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver pages and help maintain the security and reliability of the service. Our consent settings use the country supplied by Vercel to choose the analytics setting. This does not ask your browser for precise location or GPS access.

The site's fee calculator and gateway finder calculate their results in your browser. We do not provide customer accounts, process payments or ask for wallet recovery phrases. Please do not put private account information, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a URL or an email to us.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, page views, engagement and interactions with the site. When analytics is enabled, Google receives information such as the pages and referrer, cookie identifiers, device and browser details, and approximate location. Google processes this information to provide analytics reports.

Our current regional policy enables analytics automatically for visitors located in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, with a visible notice and an option to turn it off. In other locations, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask before loading Google Analytics. We also ask if location cannot be determined. A previously saved rejection takes precedence over the regional default.

We keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Our Google tag does not enable advertising storage, advertising personalization or Google Signals. We do not configure advertising audiences or send names, email addresses, payment details or wallet information to Google Analytics.

Where consent is required, analytics is used only after you select Accept analytics. Where our regional policy permits automatic analytics, it is used to understand and improve this site, subject to your right to turn it off. Essential delivery and security processing supports operating the service.

Your choices

Select Cookie settings in the footer to review or change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading pages or using the tools. Withdrawing consent or turning analytics off stops future collection from this browser and removes the site's accessible Google Analytics cookies. When your choice can be saved, the page reloads to unload the analytics library. If browser storage is blocked, analytics is disabled for the current visit without reloading. This does not automatically erase information already sent to Google.

We keep your choice in browser storage for up to 180 days. It applies to that browser and device. Clearing browser storage, using a different device or a material change to the policy may cause the notice to appear again. Acknowledging an automatic-analytics notice is not treated as explicit consent if you later visit from a region that requires it.

Read our Cookie policy for storage names, purposes and durations.

Providers and international processing

Vercel provides hosting, and Google provides analytics when it is enabled. These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy information describes their processing and applicable transfer protections: Vercel's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Links to payment providers and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy terms. Our cookie choices do not control those websites.

Retention and requests

Our consent preference and analytics cookies are configured to last up to 180 days; your browser may shorten that period. Hosting logs and information already collected in Google Analytics follow the providers' retention settings. Cookie expiry and the retention of analytics reports are separate.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Send requests to the contact above and describe the information or interaction involved. Please do not send identity documents unless we separately explain why they are needed.

Changes

We will update this notice when the site's processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will request a new analytics choice if the consent purpose changes materially.
