OxaPay Review 2026: Fees, KYC Claims and Payout Risks

OxaPay is worth considering for an approved business that wants crypto invoices, payment links or repeat deposits and can handle its own crypto-to-bank step. Ordinary invoices cost 1.5%, but static addresses have a different tariff. It advertises no identification documents, but it still has to approve your business, and withdrawals can be held. We couldn't find a contracting company or licence in the public terms. We'd settle those questions before trusting it with money needed for bills, and compare eligible alternatives if bank receipt is essential.

Our verdict
OxaPay

OxaPay offers useful crypto checkout and repeat-deposit tools, but find out who the signing company is, whether your business is approved and what the withdrawal rules are before you rely on it. Ordinary invoices cost 1.5% and static deposits cost more. Its no-document marketing doesn't guarantee access to your balance, and for bank receipt you'd need another provider.

#17 of 27 · Best overall
Best for
  • Approved merchants who can receive and manage crypto
  • Shops using ordinary invoices or shareable payment links
  • Platforms that need repeat deposits and can manage address validity
Not for
  • Businesses that need settlement straight to a bank
  • Owners who need an identified contracting company before proceeding
  • Excluded businesses or undisclosed activities
  • Merchants expecting automatic subscription debits or guaranteed fund release

The overview figures use ordinary invoice processing only, before minimums, network fees, conversion margins and bank charges. You'd still need to be eligible and get a full quote, and review ratings don't measure merchant reliability.

How we reviewed this

We read the public sources listed below on 14 October 2026: pricing, current and older terms, API documentation, help articles, WordPress.org, Trustpilot and the alternative providers' pages. We didn't create accounts, install plugins or send payments, and the examples are hypothetical calculations. That means we couldn't check an individual account, a complete tariff, how a plugin behaves once installed or a release deadline. Our methodology explains the scoring limits.

How does OxaPay work for a shop?

OxaPay creates a crypto payment request, tracks what the customer sends and either credits a platform balance or moves the money on to a wallet you've configured. Your shop still has to match the payment to the right order, check that the amount and confirmed status fit what you sold, and decide whether to deliver before the proceeds reach the wallet or bank account that pays your costs.

An ordinary invoice opens OxaPay's payment page. Its API lets you set a payment window from 15 to 2,880 minutes, with 60 minutes as the default in its documentation. You can price the order in a fiat currency, but the customer still pays in crypto. The same documentation describes wallet-routing options and a sandbox field for test mode. Those are features the documentation describes, not a payment test we ran.

  1. 01

    Request the payment

Create an invoice for the order, with the amount, payment window and receiving choices.

  2. 02

    Wait for confirmation

A detected transfer isn't a finished order yet. Check the amount and the confirmed status.

  3. 03

    Record the sale

Match the payment reference to your order, and record what you received and what the service took.

  4. 04

    Receive usable money

Check the money reached your wallet, or arrange conversion and a bank transfer elsewhere if your bills need fiat.

White label gives your developer payment details to show inside your own checkout instead of an invoice URL. A static address takes repeated deposits tied to a customer or account. Both can suit top-ups, but both change the pricing and the work your shop takes on, so choose the flow first. The cheaper invoice percentage doesn't apply to a platform built around static deposits.

How much does OxaPay charge?

Ordinary merchant invoices, payment links and donations cost 1.5% per transaction. White label costs 2%, while static addresses cost 2% plus a coin-specific fixed amount per transaction. Receive, for direct account or wallet deposits, lists 1% once total receipts exceed $20,000; that threshold is cumulative, not a monthly sales figure.

It's easy to miss the difference when every product shares one brand: a busy month doesn't move your invoice checkout into the Receive price, and a branded payment screen takes you off the ordinary invoice rate.

ProductListed feeWhat it means for you
Ordinary invoice, payment or donation link1.5%A $100 sale has $1.50 processing cost
White label2%The base percentage costs $2 on a $100 sale
Static address2% plus the relevant fixed chargeFrequent small deposits can become expensive
Receive/direct deposit1% after cumulative receipts exceed $20,000A monthly invoice total doesn't qualify for this price

The advertised 0.4% is a reduced floor agreed merchant by merchant, with no published volume ladder, and OxaPay's discount help just invites merchants to discuss their requirements. Get the service, rate, extra charges and conditions in writing before you budget on it. The WordPress listing's fixed 0.4% claim conflicts with ordinary pricing, and installing the plugin doesn't earn you a discount.

The calculator compares processing subtotals, not complete quotes. It uses OxaPay's ordinary 1.5% invoice rate at every volume, CoinGate's Standard rate and NOWPayments' same-coin rate. Minimums, network charges, conversion margins, and bank, account and refund costs are left out, unknown charges aren't free, and a cheaper row still needs an eligible account. Move the sales slider to see the subtotal change.

What would a $10,000 month leave you?

It would leave $9,850 after ordinary invoice processing alone, before the cost of getting the money to its final destination. That's what the listed percentage gives you, not dollars landing in your bank.

OxaPay describes an option to add its service charge on top of the invoice amount so the payer covers it. That raises your customer's checkout price but leaves open who pays every blockchain charge. White-label request and response descriptions even word who pays the fee differently, so check the final display and deductions rather than trusting one sample field.

Do smaller baskets make ordinary invoices more expensive?

Smaller baskets don't change the modelled percentage, because the ordinary-invoice input has no priced fixed charge. More payments can still mean more network activity and administration outside this calculation.

The curve shows ordinary invoice processing only and doesn't model static-address charges. Look for the flat processing line as basket size changes.

What do static addresses cost on small deposits?

Static TRON USDT deposits carry a 0.46 USDT fixed charge alongside the 2% fee; the Bitcoin static row lists 0.000002 BTC. Keep those amounts in their own currencies. A USDT fee isn't automatically a dollar fee.

The next example isolates the static processing charge. It needs an approved account with that exact asset and network enabled, and leaves out the other costs.

Our fee calculator guide explains what a subtotal leaves out. Choose the payment flow before comparing eligible alternatives.

Which other costs affect the money you keep?

External transfers, conversion and the last step into your bank can all change what you can spend. OxaPay charges one fee for incoming payments and a different one for sending funds to an external wallet, and while internal movement is free, a blockchain withdrawal isn't.

Its transfer table currently lists a 1 USDT charge on TRON with a 0.01 USDT minimum transfer, and 0.00001 BTC with a 0.000045 BTC Bitcoin minimum. Those are two different columns, and the minimum isn't the price. The table ties external charges to network conditions, so its amounts may change.

Auto-convert can turn incoming payments into USDT before they move on. That helps if you don't want to hold a volatile coin, but you still need to know the rate and the amount you receive. The swap-calculation documentation describes those outputs without a full spread or commission. A dashboard swap that avoids blockchain fees can still carry a margin in the exchange rate.

Budget the whole journey

Start with the service fee, then add network and conversion deductions, external exchange costs and bank charges, plus any refund or recovery exceptions and account-specific costs. Find out who bears each one. An unpriced cost is still unknown, and a processing subtotal isn't what you'll have left for rent or suppliers.

Does OxaPay really require no KYC or KYB?

OxaPay advertises that merchants can use it without identification documents or KYC/KYB verification. refer to customer and business checks. That can make the application simpler, but it leaves approval and access to your funds open.

The current terms restrict use to the website, platform or business originally submitted and approved. Using an undisclosed activity can lead to restriction, termination or blocked assets. They also allow suspension for misleading information, security concerns and regulatory risk. Your email registration being accepted says nothing about any other business you run.

The withdrawal guide adds pauses for suspicious patterns. It says withdrawal resumes after review and additional security checks, without a maximum release deadline. You could have a paid order and still be unable to use the proceeds when a supplier invoice falls due.

    Describe the business

Name the site, products, activity and payout setup you want approved.

  2. 02

    Confirm the decision

Keep the approval and the account terms together before you rely on the checkout.

  3. 03

    Plan for review

Ask what information can be requested, who handles a hold and how you receive updates.

We'd pay more attention to this than to how few documents are promised at the start. A hold can interrupt payroll no matter how short the sign-up form was, and a credited balance isn't always available cash.

Who operates OxaPay, and where can you use it?

We couldn't find a named contracting company, registered address or licence in the public terms we read on 14 October 2026. That leaves open who owes you the balance. It isn't a finding that every OxaPay activity is unlawful or unlicensed.

Those terms exclude businesses registered in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria, the United States and its listed territories, Bangladesh, Hong Kong and Bolivia, plus their UN Security Council sanctions wording. The restriction is about where a business is registered, and the text states no citizenship test.

We verified no licence, so the table below is empty. That doesn't decide whether your particular business can legally use the service.

Licence
OxaPay does not name a licence on the pages we checked.

The help-centre terms carry an older 29 April 2025 update date and omit the current page's submitted-and-approved-business clause. We wouldn't treat the shorter version as permission to ignore the current restriction, and the current page gives no explicit effective date.

Before you commit, get the signing entity, registration details, address, permissions and dispute process, because your adviser needs them to judge your company and activity. An email address or a country on a review profile doesn't identify the legal counterparty.

The casino article names those payment flows without setting out a blanket acceptance policy. The same goes for adult, forex and VPN activity, where acceptance isn't confirmed. Our guide to high-risk payment options helps you organise the questions. Crypto payment tools don't remove sector or local obligations. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can OxaPay pay directly into your bank account?

We found no native bank settlement: OxaPay describes itself as fully crypto-based and sends merchants to an external exchange for fiat conversion. Pricing an invoice in dollars doesn't turn the receiving account into a dollar bank account.

This matters most when you need a predictable payday. A crypto balance, an external-wallet transfer, an exchange sale and a bank credit are four different events, each with its own eligibility and charges. If a supplier expects a bank transfer on Friday, OxaPay's withdrawal estimate can't tell you that your exchange will accept the deposit, sell the asset at the rate you expected and get the money to your bank before the bill is due.

You can enable auto-withdrawal for an API key and provide your wallet addresses. The invoice documentation treats that onward movement as a step after crediting your OxaPay balance. It can reduce the balance left on the platform after a successful transfer, but the processor may still control funds during receipt, and screening could interrupt a transfer.

  1. 01

    Crypto credited

The payment has been processed, but a platform balance may remain subject to access controls.

  2. 02

    Wallet received

The external transfer needs network confirmation and may be delayed by review or congestion.

  3. 03

    Bank credited

An external exchange and receiving bank add their own checks, prices and timing.

OxaPay says withdrawals are initiated immediately and most confirm within a minute, depending on congestion and security review. That's its own estimate, not measured performance. Its no-maximum-withdrawal statement doesn't override your available funds, asset minimums or a suspended account.

The payout API is for sending crypto to another address. Recurring payroll or affiliate payouts move money out, and say nothing about collecting subscriptions automatically from a customer's wallet. If you sell memberships, plan how renewal invoices will be paid before you promise hands-off billing.

Which coins and networks can your customers use?

OxaPay advertises a range of assets. We counted 18 distinct asset labels in the homepage's first logo sequence, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, XRP and DAI. That's a website inventory, not a query of what's enabled for merchant payments.

We haven't verified a complete current list of payment coins and networks. The accepted-currencies documentation says your merchant account configures which currencies it accepts, so check those settings, and the precise coin and network, before you offer anything at checkout.

A stablecoin ticker alone isn't enough. choice tells the customer where to send it. OxaPay's transfer pricing has DAI rows for Ethereum and Polygon, for example, but those rows aren't proof that your shop has both enabled for incoming payments.

OxaPay warns that wrong-network payments may fail to arrive and disclaims responsibility for lost funds. Avoid a blanket promise that TRON is always cheapest; compare the transaction, asset and current charges. A token isn't guaranteed bank cash.

How easy is OxaPay to integrate?

Payment links are the shortest setup path in the documentation; a branded checkout or deposit platform needs more development and operating work. OxaPay's getting-started guide describes email, Google or Telegram registration followed by dashboard configuration. We haven't measured how long approval or integration takes for a real merchant.

Its catalog has 13 plugin headings, covering WooCommerce, hosting systems such as WHMCS and Blesta, and stores including PrestaShop, OpenCart and Magento. That gives you places to start checking compatibility, not thirteen tested installations. Shopify appears in the Make and n8n documentation index, which is an automation guide, not an installed native plugin.

WordPress.org identifies OxaPay as the author and shows version 2.0.0, 200+ active installations, and a tested-up-to tag of 6.9.10. The listing says last updated five months ago. Those tags don't prove compatibility with your theme, checkout extensions or current configuration, and the listing's price discrepancy is another reason to confirm your tariff with OxaPay.

Your developer should treat payment notifications as part of the sale, not a technical detail. A tells the shop when payment status changes. OxaPay says to wait for Paid after Paying, verify the signature and handle retries, and its examples use inconsistent acknowledgement and transaction-type wording, so review them before you copy anything.

What happens with expired addresses and refunds?

OxaPay documents some payment-error returns, but we couldn't verify a complete ordinary sales-refund policy, price or completion deadline. Your own returns policy still needs a workable way to repay customers.

White-label documentation gives a particularly strong warning: funds sent after the generated address's lifetime are permanently lost and cannot be recovered. Display the deadline clearly and remove stale payment details. The ordinary invoice help also warns that paying an overdue expired or already completed invoice can lose funds; don't promise recovery without a confirmed case-specific answer.

Static addresses have another limit: OxaPay says it revokes addresses with no transactions for six months. Saved addresses need checking. The casino guide's description of a permanent address needs that qualification.

Underpaid coverage can accept a short payment within your configured tolerance. Without it, the help says merchants can manually accept or return the received amount in the dashboard. Mixed payments let the customer complete the remainder in another supported coin, and until then the shortfall stands.

The API lists Refunding and Refunded states, but we couldn't find what refunding a completed sale costs, whether the original service fee is returned, who bears the new network charge or how long repayment takes. Ask about full refunds and partial refunds one at a time. A payout to a customer isn't automatically a refund as the docs describe it, with the same accounting or fees.

What are support and user reports like?

OxaPay's homepage advertises 24/7 support and an account manager, while its help describes tickets and other channels with response time varying by business hours and request volume. The casino guide mentions dashboard or livechat support. None of that gives you a response deadline for a held payment.

Trustpilot's numeric score was 3.4 from 14 reviews. Visible reports mix praise for integration and support with complaints about silent support and losing access to expired payments. Those are unverified accounts, and 14 reviews is too small a sample to measure merchant failure. The profile's banner says OxaPay typically replies to negative reviews within 24 hours, which says nothing about whether the problem was resolved.

OxaPay's docs describe a system-status API, but we couldn't confirm a public incident-history page, and we haven't measured uptime. A provider's status indicator and a completed customer order answer different questions.

What are OxaPay's main pros and cons?

The useful features are real options, and the limits mostly concern total cost, approval and reliable access to money.

Pros
  • Ordinary invoices and shareable payment links with a published processing rate
  • Static addresses for repeated deposits, subject to validity checks
  • White-label payment data for your own interface
  • Automatic onward transfers to a wallet you configure
  • Published handling of partial and mixed payments
  • Store plugins and a payment API with signed notifications
Cons
  • No contracting company, address or licence found in the terms
  • Reaching bank money means using an external exchange
  • Business approval and withdrawal screening still apply despite no-document marketing
  • Static fixed charges weigh heavily on small deposits
  • We couldn't confirm the full conversion and refund charges
  • We didn't verify compatibility, support performance or fund-release deadlines

Which OxaPay alternatives should you compare?

Look at CoinGate if you need bank settlement, NOWPayments for an eligible wallet-payment business, and BTCPay Server if you want to run direct-wallet software yourself. Each solves a different problem, so the ranking order can't decide eligibility for you.

CoinGate's Standard plan publishes 1% and weekly settlement, with bank currencies including EUR, GBP and USD. Its country list and mandatory verification still apply, and its commercial policy adds a quote margin it doesn't price. A lower processing figure isn't a full comparison of the cash you can use. Our CoinGate review explains the account and withdrawal questions.

NOWPayments publishes 1% same-coin and 1.5% for conversion, fixed-rate or customer-paid settings, before network charges. Its terms, which we read on 14 October 2026, exclude EU, UK, US and UAE residents or citizens and persons located in or resident in Russia. It's a candidate only where the business and people are eligible. Our NOWPayments review covers its custody and receiving choices.

BTCPay Server describes receipts going straight into your own on-chain wallet without needing the wallet's private keys to receive. You run the software and look after the server and wallet instead of buying a hosted service. That can meet a funds-control requirement, but it brings maintenance work and doesn't remove external exchange checks or your business obligations.

How does OxaPay score?

OxaPay's score comes from our published weighting rules applied to what the documents say. It says nothing about your company approval, pricing agreement, checkout or access to a held balance, and a known feature doesn't cancel an open legal or cash-flow question.

OxaPay FAQ

Is OxaPay safe for a merchant?

Its public documents describe payment tools but don't identify the contracting company or guarantee withdrawals. The terms allow business restrictions and blocked assets, and the withdrawal guide allows AML pauses. We haven't measured payment reliability or fund release.

Is OxaPay's normal fee 0.4%?

No. The ordinary invoice, payment-link and donation rate is 1.5%. White label is 2%, and static addresses add a coin-specific fixed charge to 2%. The pricing page offers a reduction to 0.4% depending on the business, with no published ladder, so budget on your confirmed account offer.

Does receiving more than $20,000 lower my invoice fee?

Not for invoices. The published threshold belongs to Receive, a direct-deposit service, and counts total receipts, not monthly sales. Ask how it applies to the service you plan to use and whether your account has an agreed rate.

Does OxaPay require identification documents?

Its help page advertises no identification documents or KYC/KYB verification for merchants. The current terms still require you to use the business originally submitted and approved, and withdrawals can pause for AML and security review. Treat the no-document wording as a claim OxaPay makes, not as approval.

Can I receive dollars or euros in my bank?

We found no native bank settlement. OxaPay describes a fully crypto-based service and points merchants to an external exchange for fiat conversion. An invoice priced in dollars is still a crypto payment, and automatic wallet transfers or conversion to USDT aren't bank settlement. Your exchange and your bank set their own eligibility, charges and timing.

Does automatic withdrawal make OxaPay non-custodial?

Not necessarily. The documentation treats crediting an OxaPay balance and onward movement to addresses configured for the API key as two steps. Automatic movement can reduce what's left on the platform, but the processor may still control funds while receiving them, and screening can delay a transfer.

Are OxaPay static addresses permanent?

No. They support repeated deposits, but the documentation says addresses with no transactions for six months are revoked, so check an old saved address before a returning customer uses it. White-label addresses have their own payment lifetime, with a warning of permanent loss after expiry.

Can I refund completed sales or collect subscriptions?

OxaPay describes returning some underpaid amounts and has refund statuses, but we haven't verified the price for full or partial sales refunds, how the original fee is handled or how long a refund takes. Repeated deposits and recurring payouts aren't automatic subscription debits.

Does the WooCommerce plugin prove compatibility?

No. A public listing and a tested-up-to tag tell you what the publisher reports, not how your theme, plugins and checkout behave together. The listing's low fee claim also isn't the tariff agreed for your merchant account.

Which alternative makes most sense?

It depends on what OxaPay doesn't give you. CoinGate offers bank-settlement choices subject to country checks and verification. NOWPayments publishes wallet-payment flows but excludes several major markets. BTCPay Server suits owners who can run direct-wallet software and maintain it.
