Best Crypto Mass Payout Platforms for Business
Start with CoinGate if your business is eligible and you want spreadsheet payouts with a second approver, or BitPay Send if you'd rather fund in fiat and let recipients pick their crypto. Triple-A, NOWPayments, Irish Confirmo and B2BINPAY WaaS, which is agreed individually, can also work if they accept your business. Pick the one that fits your recipients, your funding and your approval process, and judge it on that before the headline fee. A submitted batch doesn't mean everyone has been paid, and public rates won't tell you your full bill.
We read 31 official product, pricing, help and contract documents on 16 October 2026. The NOWPayments Terms are the exception; we last read them on 11 October. We compared the products as described and worked out example fees by hand. We haven't opened accounts, funded balances, sent payouts or measured support or arrival times. Each choice depends on your account being approved, and none of the six has a complete public price.
Which crypto mass payout platform should you shortlist?
Shortlist CoinGate or BitPay Send first. CoinGate's spreadsheet workflow is appealing if you already keep a supplier list. BitPay's recipient portal works when you want each willing payee to pick a wallet that can receive. Neither is guaranteed to accept your company or everyone you pay.
The other products fit narrower needs. Triple-A markets prefunded digital payouts, NOWPayments lets you send from a balance you hold with it, and Confirmo markets enterprise mass payments. B2BINPAY's WaaS is for platforms, where who controls the wallet and what the agreement says matter as much as sending money.
The cards follow our overall gateway ranking, which weighs cost 25%, fiat 15%, licences 15%, coins 10%, integrations 10%, features 10%, support 10% and onboarding 5%. That score covers the whole gateway, not payouts, and the ranking methodology explains how it works.
Everything here applies to the company that signs and the product it names: BitPay Send, CoinGate corporate payouts from UAB Decentralized, B2BINPAY WaaS, Triple-A digital payouts, NOWPayments Custody from FD Transfers LLC, and Confirmo Limited's Irish recipient payouts. Each provider has to approve your business, its owners, the countries involved and the asset and network you want. The example fees assume you tell the provider to send an amount in euros, split equally between recipients.
Before you commit, ask each provider about minimums and commissions, network fees, conversion and exchange, and account or commitment fees. Unknown costs aren't free, though a provider won't necessarily charge every one of them. Everything on this page is a partial reference, not a quote.
Global provider scores do not rank payout prices or establish account or recipient approval.

- Full fees, enabled coins and networks, and batch limits need a quote. Platforms face different activity restrictions from direct merchants.
Which product fits your payees and your payment run?
Start with how your recipients want to be paid and how you run a payment cycle, then compare quotes. A supplier who needs bank money and a contractor happy to hold stablecoins want different things.
CoinGate: a practical spreadsheet starting point
CoinGate suits you if you'd rather review a file than commission a custom integration. Its batch guide describes verified business accounts, row validation, a single source ledger and a preview of estimated fees. The published limit is 300 payouts per CSV file; other ways of using the service may have different limits.[7]
It works best if you keep a recurring supplier list and someone keeps it accurate. This page covers only CoinGate's corporate payouts; the CoinGate review covers the rest of the service.
BitPay Send: fiat funding with recipient setup
BitPay Send is for when you want to fund an account in ordinary currency and pay willing recipients in crypto. The guide describes wiring fiat to BitPay, waiting until the ledger has enough credit, then paying active recipients in a later batch. A ledger balance is only an account record, not proof that a wire BitPay hasn't yet received has cleared.[1]
You get less wallet administration, but recipients need preparing: a new payee may need a personal BitPay account, identity verification and a wallet that can receive. It doesn't have to be a BitPay wallet or app.[4] The BitPay review covers accepting payments, so it won't tell you which agreement and countries apply to Send.
Triple-A: prefunded digital payments
Triple-A digital payouts fit a business that wants to fund in advance in local currency and offer recipients stablecoins, if Triple-A accepts the business. The product advertises dashboard sending and automated bulk payouts. In the pages we read, Triple-A doesn't publish a full mass-payout tariff or a binding maximum file size.[23]
Triple-A markets local bank, card and wallet payouts as a different product, so if recipients need local money, ask for that one; approval for digital payouts doesn't automatically cover it.[26] The Triple-A review explains why the signing company and agreement matter. For a smaller business, the question is whether the negotiated commitment makes sense for the volume you have.
NOWPayments: held balances with external sending costs
NOWPayments optional Custody can suit a business that wants a balance on hand for later recipient payments. Its help describes CSV, manual and automated sending. The documentation puts a five-payout limit on the manual method and gives no figure for CSV or automated sending. External payouts carry no service fee in that description, but each one still has a network fee.[19]
Count recipients as well as the total amount, since each external payout has its own network fee. Moving your receipts into one wallet you own is a different job from paying many external wallets. The country and owner restrictions in the NOWPayments review apply here too.
Confirmo: enterprise payout discussions with an Irish contract check
Confirmo is worth a conversation if you need a recipient-transfer service and are ready to agree how it will run, though that's a maybe until Confirmo accepts your business. Its product page markets mass, recurring and standing payments. The Irish Commercial Policy's Scenario B describes each confirmed payout as one instruction, with no standing schedule, so the agreement itself needs to say what automation you're buying.[29]
The Irish service can send from an available balance and exchange assets where needed. Approval for bank settlement to your own company doesn't cover your recipients. The Confirmo review gives the account background; which tariff version applies, and what a payout costs, are still open.
The Irish Terms also describe automatic conversion of a crypto balance into fiat at the end of its second business day. If that agreement applies to you, ask Confirmo how funding and conversion would work before you plan a run you fund in advance.
B2BINPAY WaaS: a platform product
B2BINPAY WaaS is for a platform that needs wallet operations as part of its own service. It isn't a cheaper switch inside an ordinary B2BINPAY Merchant account. The wallet page describes customer-key control and outgoing approval, while the site's general footer describes custodial responsibilities. So get the wallet model and who signs what written into the agreement.[18]
B2BINPAY's outgoing tariff depends on the token category and on qualifying deposits, valued when the blockchain confirms them. The amount you plan to pay out doesn't set the deposit-volume band. The B2BINPAY review covers the company more broadly.
What exactly are you buying from each provider?
You're buying a specific product under a specific contract, not a feature badge, and each row below covers only the company and product it names.
| Product and signing company | Who it suits and what recipients get | Funding and limits | Price and evidence |

| BitPay Send (the signing company must match your approved Send offer) | Contractors or suppliers who finish recipient setup and get the crypto they choose | Fiat wire, then a credited ledger. Funding clearance, enabled coin pairs and run size are still open. | USD ledger service reference only. The sending and payout guides are undated; we read them on 16 October. |
| CoinGate corporate payouts, UAB Decentralized | Verified businesses pay eligible beneficiaries directly, or through collection links, to crypto wallets | Paid from the source ledger. Ltd. or the affiliate you sign with | Supplier or creator programmes where recipients choose a stablecoin | Prefunded local balance in a permitted currency. Currencies, clearing and bulk limits need agreeing. | Price agreed individually. The digital product page is undated. If your agreement conflicts with the general Terms, your agreement overrides them. |

How batches work is open. | Needs a quote and the Irish account and tariff version. The replacement schedule takes effect on 1 November 2026. That's after our review date. |
Confirmo's legal hub lists different agreements for its different legal entities. The replacement Irish schedule isn't today's price just because it's public, and another Confirmo entity's schedule can't stand in for it.[31]
| Product | What's published | Returns and limits |
|---|---|---|
| BitPay Send | Recipients need active setup, and each instruction in a group keeps its own status. | You can cancel only in the initial state, and a group doesn't succeed or fail as one. |
| CoinGate corporate payouts | CSV validation, a source ledger and an optional second approver. | When a link expires, the reserved funds are released. A submitted transfer may be irrevocable. Batch and approval help pages updated April and September 2026. |
| B2BINPAY WaaS | The general Business documentation describes approval, tracking and a status for each transfer. | It isn't clear that the WaaS wallet you'd get has those controls. Partial completion, capacity and returns are open. The documents are undated. |
| Triple-A digital payouts | Bulk sending is advertised. Roles and the status shown for each item are still to be agreed. | How failed rows, cancellations and returns work has to be answered in the offer itself. |
| NOWPayments optional Custody | CSV, manual or automated sending, with payout confirmation on by default. | The manual-screen limit doesn't apply to every method, and instructions that aren't validated can be rejected. Returns and exceptions depend on your account terms. Help updated May 2026. |
| Irish Confirmo recipient payouts | Each confirmed instruction has destination details and a payout record. | You can't withdraw a confirmed instruction through the account, and a broadcast payout can't be reversed. Scheduled bulk payouts still have to be squared with the agreement. We couldn't find the policy's revision date. |

How much do crypto mass payouts cost?
What matters is the charge per recipient and the conversion you'd use, plus whatever the quote still leaves open. A provider's checkout price tells you nothing here: NOWPayments' collection-fee help, for example, covers customer payments and the transfers that go with them, not sending out a balance you already hold.[21]
The calculator has a euro example and a USD example, and switching tabs doesn't convert between them. It assumes equal amounts for every recipient, and changing its inputs leaves the cards and comparison table above as they are. It shows the fee portions we know, not the total you'd fund, what recipients net or when a bank credits them.

Evidence snapshot: 2026-10-16. Conditional on the actual entity, product, approved business, owners, activity, sender and recipient countries, purpose, account, asset, network and receiving route. Confirm amount minimums and commissions; network, conversion, FX, spread and risk margin; funding, bank, partner and intermediary deductions; setup, onboarding, account, monthly, support and commitments; and refund, recovery, exception, hold, closure and operating costs. No complete quote, recipient net or bank arrival is established.
CoinGate's Standard tariff is EUR 0.50 per payout plus 0.5%, or EUR 0.50 plus 1.5% if conversion is involved. Those are alternatives, so don't add the two percentages together. The public payout rows don't list network, account or conversion costs.[5]
B2BINPAY's WaaS tariff only becomes a rate once you know your token, your account details and the qualifying deposit volume, so our calculator leaves it unpriced.[13] Triple-A and Irish Confirmo need quotes too. NOWPayments says it charges no service fee but doesn't price the network fee on each external transfer, so it isn't a zero-cost option.
BitPay Send works in USD, so here's a second example in dollars. It isn't comparable with the euro one, and it assumes BitPay has approved the business, its owners and its account.
At USD 10,000 across 100 instructions, the Send guide's 1% service portion is USD 100; at USD 500 across 100, it's USD 5. A USD 100 run split across 100 instructions falls below the USD 5-equivalent instruction amount minimum. Sending USD 5 to one recipient carries a service portion of USD 0.05, so it isn't free. Principal plus service is only part of what your ledger has to cover, and rounding and other charges are unknown.[2]
What needs to be ready before a payment run?
You need money available, recipients you've approved and someone who can sign off the run. Prefunding is simple in principle, but money that has left your bank isn't necessarily ready to pay out.
Ask what makes funding available (receipt, bank clearing, conversion or a further review), what the cut-off is and how much is held back for fees. Leave time to fix a mismatch, especially if you've already promised suppliers a date.
Triple-A's business verification is mandatory for merchants and partners.[27] B2BINPAY also requires business verification before production and describes periodic renewals and requests for more documents.[17] So access you already have is something to keep up, not a permanent pass for every later instruction.
- 01
Agree who and what is covered
Match the company, owners, activity and countries against the provider's written approval for this product, and confirm recipients want the assets on offer.
- 02
Know when funding is usable
Ask when the money becomes usable and which fees or reservations come on top of the amount you instruct, and plan for delayed funding or a rejected destination.
- 03
Decide who prepares and approves
Name who owns the supplier list, recipient changes, quote review and approval, and who covers when the approver is away.
- 04
Agree what the records show
Ask for status, amount, fees and reference for each recipient, and for a clear way to handle items still open and closing balances.
If what you really want is to move sales proceeds into your own bank, use our fiat settlement comparison instead. Paying someone else is a different purchase, and a provider that offers both may have different minimums, fees and permissions for each.
How do approvals and partial results work?
A batch is a group of instructions that each succeed or fail on their own. Recipients may not be paid together.
CoinGate's second-approval guide is unusually specific. Someone other than the person who prepares a batch has to approve it, and the funds are held while the confirmed batch waits. The five-minute expiry applies to the window before confirmation; it isn't a deadline for the second approver. “Completed” means all the send requests have been processed. It says nothing about whether each supplier's bank has been credited.[8]
NOWPayments has a different rule: payouts use two-factor authentication by default, and an instruction that isn't validated within an hour is automatically rejected. That step falls to someone on your side, and it isn't a second approval like CoinGate's.[19]
| Status | What it means | What's still open |
|---|---|---|
| Prepared or unapproved | A run has been proposed. A confirmed CoinGate batch may already reserve funds. | Whether the approval has happened, and whether the balance is still available elsewhere. |
| Approved or in progress | Someone has approved it, or processing has started. | How each instruction ends. Approval isn't receipt. |
| Expired | A confirmation or collection window ended. | Whether the reserved funds came back. A confirmation expiry isn't an approval wait. |
| Failed, blocked or deferred | That instruction needs looking into. | Whether it was broadcast, how much moved and whether it can be returned. |
| Completed or confirmed | A processing or network threshold was reached. | Whether the recipient can reach the money, and whether conversion or a bank posting is still to come. |
BitPay's reference lists initial, funded, broadcast and confirmation states.[2] B2BINPAY's transfer documentation names queued, blocked, failed, unconfirmed and confirmed states.[15]
Ask how the provider prevents duplicates. If an instruction times out on screen, how do you find out whether it exists? B2BINPAY describes a unique request key for creating payouts, along with tracking and approval information. Its fee-included option has asset restrictions, so the amount a recipient gets can't be fixed for every asset.[14]
What should recipients confirm?
Recipients need to want crypto, be able to receive the exact asset and network, and be able to pass any required checks. Agree with them what counts as settling their invoice, and don't spring a new payment method on someone when their bill is due.
BitPay's invitation guide describes a recipient portal and identity verification, so collecting an email address doesn't finish onboarding.[3] CoinGate supports direct sends and collection links, but its payout Terms require beneficiary information and any verification it asks for. A link lets the recipient enter some of that data, but the Terms' receiving conditions still apply.
Ask recipients whether the address is a wallet they control or an exchange deposit. An exchange deposit may need a destination tag or memo, an extra reference that credits the right account, and the exchange sets its own asset and network requirements. A long coin list doesn't mean the pair is enabled for outgoing payments today.
If you pay only a few suppliers, agreeing on one coin and network that suits them may serve you better than the longest coin list. A platform may care more about recipient choice, but every extra coin and network brings another approval, quote and support question.
A confirmed stablecoin transfer tells you nothing about the recipient's conversion price, whether their bank will accept the money or when it posts. A supplier who needs local currency needs the product that pays out in local currency, so get its full terms before you treat a crypto payout as the answer to that bill.
Can your company and countries use these products?
The provider has to approve your company, owners, activity and recipient countries for the specific product. A brand's worldwide marketing, licence list or checkout service says little about outgoing payments. Our processor selection guide can help you prepare for that conversation.
CoinGate's sender-country list is a different thing from its restrictions on payment and recipient countries. Its help policy blocks payouts to wallets or services in restricted jurisdictions, whatever the product's global-reach wording says.[11] B2BINPAY's AML policy names both Canada and the United States as restricted in its main text, while the footer words the US restriction with exemptions. The two conflict, and nothing says an exception is available, so get the answer for the offer you'd receive.[16]
NOWPayments' contract excludes a lot of people: EU, UK, US and UAE residents or citizens, and anyone located or resident in Russia, among further restrictions. That's from our earlier reading of the Terms. Ask how they apply to companies and owners; they aren't a fiat-only condition.[22] Its AML policy allows checks on the company, its directors and its beneficial owners, so “optional” verification may still come with checks you can't decline.[20]
Triple-A's policy treats direct merchants and platforms that handle payments for others differently. Some activities that are restricted for a direct merchant are prohibited for a payment service provider, or PSP, or a marketplace. Describe whose money you move and for whose business, rather than picking the friendlier category label.[24] This is general information, not legal advice.
What happens when a payout fails or your business leaves?
You need an answer for each payout: what moved, what's held, what can come back and what it costs. If one supplier reports a problem, you may not be able to cancel the whole run.
CoinGate's payout Terms say a submitted instruction may be irrevocable, cancellation isn't guaranteed and initiation fees may stay charged. Returned assets may be worth a different amount and, after conversion, may be a different asset. None of that adds up to a full refund whenever a recipient complains.[6] Irish Confirmo's Terms say having an available balance isn't the same as a payout being executed, and warn that a wrong or incompatible destination can be irrecoverable.[30]
Ask the provider for an exported statement that splits out the amount you intended, the total debit, service and network fees, the exchange rate and what the recipient got, and see whether it fits your bookkeeping. A percentage alone isn't enough; it has to be the rate for outgoing transfers.
Find out how support would handle a payout that's still open: who receives the reference, what information they need, who escalates it and what happens outside support hours. Advertised around-the-clock service isn't a measured resolution time.
Triple-A's general Terms leave fees to the agreement you sign, provide for a minimum-commitment shortfall and allow some amounts to be withheld after suspension or termination. Your agreement can override the general Terms, so find out the commitment, the notice period and what happens to a closing balance before you buy.[25]
- 01
Reconcile each recipient
Match each intended payment to its reference, status, asset, network, fees and amount received, and mark the rows that are still open.
- 02
Agree how exceptions are handled
Find out how the provider investigates missing or rejected payments, which documents it needs and which return or recovery charges could apply.
- 03
Plan the end of the relationship
Find out whether you'll keep access to your records, and what happens to pending instructions, reserved balances, closing costs and return conditions.
What evidence could change these choices?
A complete quote for your product, or a change in an account rule, would move the shortlist more than a global score does. We give more weight to a published process for funding, approval and exceptions than to a generic promise of instant worldwide payments.
Some public descriptions still conflict. CoinGate's minimum help says recipient payouts have no minimum, while its product page says minimums apply by asset and network, so ask what the limit is on your own account.[12] Confirmo's scheduled-payment marketing doesn't clearly match its contract, and which version your account is on today is still open. Neither conflict shows the feature doesn't exist.
